Participation Every tour is privately guided by Diana. She reserves the right to decline or end a tour with any participant if the circumstances require it.
Liability Diana Barcelona is not liable for injury, loss, theft, damage to belongings, or unforeseen events arising during a tour. Participants join at their own responsibility.
What’s included Unless explicitly confirmed in writing, the tour price covers the guide service only. Entrance tickets, food and drinks are not included.
Meeting point & transport The meeting point for each tour will be confirmed with the client in advance. Transport between your hotel or accommodation and the meeting point is not included in the tour price unless explicitly agreed.
We hold your booking and turn away other clients, so cancellations close to the date affect us directly. Our policy reflects that:
Travel delays happen — we recommend taking out travel insurance that covers missed tours due to flight or transport disruptions.
If Diana has to cancel (rare, but possible), we’ll do our best to find another date that works. If we can’t, you’ll receive a full refund.
Pre-booked tickets for attractions such as Sagrada Família, Park Güell or Casa Batlló are purchased on your behalf and are non-refundable once issued.
Some services may require full or partial payment in advance. Your booking is not confirmed or guaranteed until payment has been received. You will be notified of any advance payment requirement at the time of booking.
